Tired old store with the rudest staff.The Harrogate branch really needs a complete makeover with a refit.Get some good lighting installed as it’s so dark like a dungeon.My least fav place to visit

Pretty good store with a large variety of products you'd normally expect from Whsmith.The store was well laid out with everything in stock and felt well presented.The store is on 2 levels with stairs linking the 2. There is an escalator bit it only goes up.
