West Tanfield Village Shop and Post Office

Called in whilst staying at Cedar Retreats so that we could send a postcard. Lovely village shop and friendly staff and was very busy so looks like an essential part of the local community

Lovely little shop and post office. Well stocked. They also have ice cream and coffee machines and a nice little sitting area for enjoying a rest.

What a brilliant shop. Lucky villagers. Wonderful flowers. Fresh artisan bread. Stocked shelves. Rosebud pickles. Ice cream Lovely friendly staff. Oh and there’s a post office that has a late collection…..Amazing.
