4. Uploaded images and media
When you upload images, logos, or other media files to your listing, you confirm and warrant that:
- You own the image or hold the necessary rights and permissions to use and share it
- The image does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
- The image does not contain any defamatory, offensive, misleading, or unlawful content
- The image is relevant to your business and accurately represents it
- You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals featured in the image, where required by law
By uploading media, you grant Bizzr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, resize, and use that media in connection with operating and promoting the directory. This licence continues for as long as the media remains on the platform.
We reserve the right to remove any uploaded media at our sole discretion, including where it is found to breach these terms, infringe third-party rights, or is otherwise considered inappropriate. We accept no liability for media uploaded by users and take no responsibility for verifying ownership or licensing of uploaded content.

5. Paid features
Paid features are provided according to the active subscription or entitlement state at the time of access. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a paid status expires or is cancelled, listing visibility and features will revert to the applicable free plan level. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use this platform for spam, automated scraping, fraudulent listings, malicious traffic, or any unlawful activity. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or interfere with its operation. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account termination and legal action where appropriate.
