Went in for a hearing check got greeted immediately by Donna who then took me through for my appointment Donna was friendly from start to finish and was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly would highly recommend to anyone.

Until now I have always had a good experience with the hearing care at Monks Cross York. However I had to bring my hearing aids in for repair and they said it would take up to 10 days.It’s taken much longer than that - I’ve chased up … More
