Had an emergency today with hearing aid on tour from NZ.Kind young lady was so helpful & sorted it.Thank You so much
They are really good the receptionist will help you if it's a minor problem and I'd you don't need to see the audiologist.
No consistency with staff! My father in law went a month ago and the gentleman Alex was amazing but he is no longer there! Very poor turnover of staff.
