I bought a Clearwater ukulele from RUMC Ltd as a gift. Unfortunately when it arrived it was damaged. Initial communication was slow but once this was sorted they were very helpful and organised for a replacement to be sent. This arrived quickly and is exactly what the recipient was hoping for.
Wow! Just received the Clearwater UCW7MT/PU spruce and maple tenor ukulele from RUMC and can't believe the quality specification and sound for the money. Add to this the friendly and courteous customer service plus next day free delivery. I am happy to recommend this company and will be buying from them again in the future.
