This shops been around for a long long time and it's no wonder customer service is really good before you go they give great advice and make you feel respected rater than just a sale there old school it would be fantastic to see other shops follow or remember it's the customer that helps them survive

I visited Brothertons yesterday and treat myself to a new Faith guitar. Andrew was absolutely fantastic not pushy at all and very very knowledgeable. Would never go anywhere else to buy a musical instrument. All the very best to Andrew and Tim for Xmas and a happy and healthy new year xx

Very good guitar shop and some very nice guitars and equipment.some rare gear. Love this shop we drive a few miles to come here. Very nice people to tell you anything you need. Perfect. Not enough stars to click and no I dont work here or have anything to do with this excellent shop.
