A lovely relaxing environment for yoga. What I particularly liked about the Yoga Den was the beginners class which introduced me to all different styles of Yoga which enabled me to choose the classes I wanted to attend.My flexibility has improved massively.Christie is friendly professional and always has a lovely smile. More
