When visiting staff were pleasant and very helpful. The whole process was very professional from ordering materials respectful of home and work being carried out to a high standard. The team have done a fantastic job and we appreciate there efforts. I would highly recommend Hancock stoves.

We received a fantastic service from Hancock’s. They installed a wood burner and an open fire to an exceptional standard. The staff were respectful and trustworthy with great customer care and follow up. Very competitive on price too.Would highly recommend (and that’s coming from someone who’s hard to please!)
