I was served by a lovely girl today behind the til. She accompanied me in the fitting rooms and at the til. She made my day! Lovely girl and lovely clothes.
I was asked for my email address to send the receipt. I said I'd like a paper receipt please. The cashier said "we're moving away from paper receipts so give me your email". I said no! I want a paper receipt. The girl rolled her eyes and shoved the receipt into my hand. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Went in on Tuesday night and was greeted by a young worker she greeted me with a smile and was so incredibly helpful. I had to ask for her name so she gets the praise she deserves. Excellent work Ella!
