absolutely the best group going michelle is awesome always has time for everyone currently 3 stone into my journey
Very friendly group making you feel welcome from your first visit . Plenty of advice given by members when stuck for meal ideas and low sins .Never made to feel uneasy when you have a bad week and plenty of encouragement to get back on track .
You should all come along Thurs morning class amie is amazing nothing is a problem for her if she doesn't know there and then she will find out she always has a kind word and is always there even when she is on holidayshe is that devoted to her job lol crazy woman but we wouldn't have her any other way xx
