I went to a different benefit brow bar than usual the girl was lovely but was very heavy handed there was wax on my eye lids a fair few times and she trimmed down too much hair after I had said I like to keep it full and only wanted a tidy up of stray hairs. Not my best experience at Benefit!

I've only just started getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted so I was a bit nervous. Elena was great talked me through the process and helped me pick the right colour I was really happy with the results! Would highly recommend.:)
