Monks Cross Park and Ride

Good location for both easy access to York and Monks Cross. Indoor waiting area and toilets however the buses are every 10 minutes. The office use to be regularly staffed however with most things cuts were made and this is no longer the case. Much more self service but the drivers are always helpful.

Was £3.90 per person. The ride in was quite quick as the bus doesn't stop very often. The double decker bus was very clean & modern with phone charging points. When you look at the price of parking and the hassle of city driving this choice was a no brainer. Out bound journey was just as good.

Easy to get to & plenty of parking. About 15 mins into York. £3.80 return per adult & up to 3 kids under 16 free. Very straight forward.

A convenient and easy to use park and ride. This offers great access into the centre of York without any chaos or hassle it is also a great spot to park for games at the stadium.

Excellent bus service and at only £3.80 return per person it’s great price it costs you this for 1 hour parking in the ncp car park in the city. Even better the fleet of electric buses such a nice smooth quiet ride far better than horrible chucking and shaking diesels. Well don’t York!
