Crossroads Truck & Bus

Dropped in with a clutch on my truck. They was extremely busy but managed to squeeze me in. The fault had sorted it's self but still cheaked the truck over. The fault came back the following day rang them and they remotely cheak the truck and advised me in the best course of action. Great bunch of lads

Shocking place. Arrived 08.00 for my booking eventually took vehicle in five hours later then had to wait for parts to turn up at 17.00 to be told they wouldn’t have time to finish the job that evening so gave me a courtesy car. This is not an isolated incident.

Poor 3.5hrs to take the wagon in after arrival. For a service that was booked no feed back as to why or in fact that it was going to be a long wait. They think wagon drivers and their companies have nothing better to do
