TUI Holiday Store

Scarlett is fantastic - she helped us use a Tui voucher we had been trying to use for two years with many problems. We had a lovely hotel stay. Ask for her; she's a problem-solver who puts customer focus first.

Absolutely lovely service I recieved today. I had booked my holiday with Scarlet and went to the store today to add my excursions. Cannot fault the service provided. Definitely recommend! Always giving 110% on Northumberland Street!
