Left family of six including three disabled stranded in Florida when hurricane hit. Only offered just over half what it cost to get accommodations for four nights until flights were arranged back to Manchester. Provided all receipts etc for accommodations but not interested. On a 23K holiday this is disgusting practice. AVOID
