Disappointing customer service. Duty Managers Tom & Sarah were stood talking and laughing absurdly by the desk with the yellow bags when I was waiting to be served. I was only served when another staff member was passing by and he stopped what he was doing to serve me.

Well we use Screwfix Durham everyday and the staff are all brilliant very friendly and professional and as a tradesmen they go the extra mile. We throughly enjoy the banter and the coffee and doughnuts when on off and would like to thank everyone from all 3 of us DD Build and Repair. You know who we are :-)
