Purchased shoes from sports direct and told the assistant. She told me you could always bring them back if you want. Came to return the shoes and got told no refunds are allowed only credit notes ? Although this may be the store policy why is this not being explained to customers before they purchase items ? Dissapointing

Disgraceful customer service. AVOID shopping here at all costs. Get your stuff online it will be cheaper anyway as Sports Direct being good value is a complete myth.
