I loved my massage with Rachael. She was so thorough. I do a lot of sport and was super tight and she did exactly what I needed - good pain to really unlock my body. She is also a very lovely and calming lady.

Rachael provided a very relaxing and beneficial massage which has really helped with the tightness and discomfort I was feeling in my neck/shoulder area. I felt an instant relief afterwards and my range of movement much improved. She is a good listener and was very caring and kind.

Rachael was so knowledgable about different types of massage and spent time explaining the benefits.I had a lymphatic massage which was wonderful and look forward to a sports massage next.
