Wayne in store was more than helpful definitely 5 out of 5. Looking forward to the delivery of my sofa. Process couldn’t have been easier from the help of Wayne.

HORRIBLE customer service order delayed they DO NOT CARE horrible attitude and they do not want to help got sofas months ago still calling them every day to find where is the order and they don’t want to help saying we can’t cancel until contract is over even though they haven’t delivered. I wouldn’t give any stars DISSAPOINTING!

Visited today even after we couldn't find the company in York on their website. Not one person approached us on our visit. All sat at desks that they didn't move from. Went to the Furniture Village next door and bought a sofa at a great price. Wouldn't bother with this company.
