Was not told no exchanges for 4 days after Christmas when purchasing just before Christmas. So got to till after waiting 15 mins and was told.
Just been in to buy a pair of shoes and I’m very difficult to shop for! Was met by Lindsey whom was such a great help and found me the perfect pair of shoes! Will definitely be back into store again! Lovely woman she was.
