I came in to get some shoes for my daughter the girls working in the kids part were so rude and made the experience very negative for me. They were so unhelpful and too busy standing around having a gossip instead of helping paying customers. I didn't even bother buying what i wanted to. I am very disappointed.

I went to the metro centre to get my new school shoes and Nicola was so kind and helpful and she was always smiling even when I needed to try on a million shoes 😂 …

Staff done a brilliant job at keeping our 2 year old entertained getting her measurements and best advice for growing feet. Definitely go back when it's time to get more as they knock off a fiver and donate the shoes
