Really quick and simple process. Incredible friendly and helpful staff flexible room sizes and able to purchase boxes wrapping and other packing stuff. I’d really recommend them

Brilliant customer service! Everything was explained in great detail on sign up and check in. Great flexibility as my room space was changed to a ground floor space due to my mobility issues. Staff are kind and helpful. Impressive security and access system. I would highly recommend!
