Really glad we found Haxby Hall for Mum it really is a special place. The rooms are superb and all the staff Lisa Nicola and Sharon plus all the others whose names I can't remember have been so helpful and friendly.
Friendly & caring staff! ...thank you for looking after my mum whilst in for 2 weeks restpite xx
Although staff are good there are not enough of them. Care plans are not followed through.
