Sadly I can't visit often but today was terrible.Twice today there were no members of staff in the 1st floor lounge. As a visitor I had to try and help other peopleas no one was around.If we could move mam we would.

Lovely nursing home. Staff really care and do their best in a tough environment. But I wish people from the hospital wouldn’t keep parking in the nursing home car park there’s not many spaces to start with. There should be a “pass” system which would be easy to implement.
