Wonderful experience with delightful service and great cooking. Spoiled slightly by the surcharge for non dairy milk. If you offer a vegan menu don't make us pay extra for non dairy milk. It's a discriminatory tax. You don't have a cow out the back giving you free milk so don't claim it costs you extra for soya. More
Absolute gem of a place in York. Food is top notch and the service is really attentive without being over powering. Good wine and desert wine selection. Very generous main portions and quality is outstanding. Highly recommend beautiful old building certain tables have a view over the minster and pleasant atmosphere. More
