Offer an entire gluten free menu with starters mains and desserts. The gf nachos as a starter are a good sharer as they do not taste gf. The fajitas are the same just with different tortillas (they are dark/black coloured) they do taste very odd as they were quite dry and very obviously gluten free but the rest of the meal was fine.
