Today , I came here at evening around 4:30 pm .

I was the only customer in the whole restaurant. I ordered beef stew pho and summer rolls. I’ve eaten at many pho places around the Northeast, and usually, they always serve pho with bean sprouts and coriander. But this place didn’t serve any.
From the moment I walked in, they didn’t say “hey,” “hi,” or “hello.” When I paid, they didn’t even say “thank you” or ask if everything was okay. Please don’t hire staff like that. I will never come back again.

Service is really bad .

I ordered from Vina Pho last night after wanting to try it for some time and I was shocked and disappointed. The food looked and smelled good, I ordered chicken summer rolls and beef pho. I bit into the first summer roll and it felt too soft.

On inspection I removed all the chicken from the roll to discover it was undercooked and pink. Complained to Uber Eats as if I hadn't realised it could have made me very unwell. They offered me a refund for the item which I think is a bit rubbish, I would have liked my whole order refunded really for the inconvenience. Whilst I believe this may be thigh meat which is generally darker in colour, you can see this is not cooked properly.

The beef pho was good but I really couldn't eat it after nearly eating raw chicken. Really disappointed to even write this as this place is highly rated and generally the food looks great, but how this was passed off as cooked is concerning.

The pho at this place is absolutely delicious! The broth is rich and flavorful the portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. It’s a bit far from the city but totally worth the trip. More

I really loved my experience at vina pho! I got the stew beef noodle soup, the portion size was massive it was basically two meals in one as I got it to take away (still tasted yummy reheated). The broth was soooo yummy it was super flavourful and rich the meat was very soft and tender the noodles were nicely cooked and not over done! I would really recommend it with the hoisin sauce if your sauce person (they have it on the table with the others ) I think the price is really good for the quality and the portion size! (Especially in this economy 🤣) the atmosphere is nice but it’s not a super fancy restaurant it’s quite a casual come in and eat kind of place but even for that it’s rly nice and cozy 😁 I will say if you practice Hinduism and choose a seafood meal instead make sure your clear and ask about the beef as the person I was with is Hindu and is pescatarian and found a little bit of beef in the prawn pho. This is obviously not a fault of the restaurant! :)

Vina Pho in Durham is an absolute gem for authentic Vietnamese cuisine! The broth in their pho is rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. I highly recommend the Beef Pho —the meat is tender, the noodles are fresh, and the portion size is generous.

Their summer rolls are also a must —fresh, light, and packed with flavour. The service is always friendly and quick, making it a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner.

The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, which are massive. If you're in Durham and love Vietnamese food, Vina Pho is a must-visit!
