I have dealt with Marcus Aldersons estate agents both in rental and selling what a team they have here. From communication to advice they are above and beyond expectationsa thoroughly sound service indeed nothing plastic here at all the premiership of estate agency.

Very disappointed with the service. Carla rude and unhelpful. I rented through them for five years and not once did they get around to sorting problems such as leaks. I ended up having to contact the landlord directly. Uncommunicative and poor service. Would not recommend or ever use them again.

For Carla and co I would loosely assume little money is made from rentals but the service received was impeccable Carla especially gets a mention her communication and guidance was top class an asset to the business. A Kind and caring … More
