Thoroughly untrustworthy and unreliable ! Made a verbal agreement to print 3 x 32 page booklets for £5 each ... which is expensive by anyone's standards. These would have been for sale at £7.95 each. Then tried to charge £11.98 per booklet ?? Not on !
