Nice friendly atmosphere with a good selection of beers. Plenty of seating and nice clean toilets. Also live music and karaoke (if thats your thing) at the weekends. Well worth a visit as its close to both the train and bus stations.
The pub had recently been taken over and had been refurbished.We came along as we heard there was a karaoke night on Fridays. It was a great atmosphere with enthusiastic singers of all abilities we were made very welcome and hope to return again. Wishing the new owners success.
