The Queens Head Cullercoats

A very dissappoitng lunch rubbery octopus in the chowder (it did have good flavour) and undercooked soggy fish. No interest by the waiter to correct matters. An unusual dessert - deep fried Mars Bara first for me ( and last) but it was good. They do offer cheaper lunch menu. Sadly won't be back for food. A pleasant environment More

We've been visiting this lovely pub since my kids started uni 5 years ago. Seen the transition from being a good to fantastic pub. Food has always been amazing. Love the new refurbished decor. Staff has always been friendly and service is great. More
