A comfortable friendly pub who catered for a family wake. A good pint of Ferkin and a tasty buffet laid on. Parking on site garden at the back with views across the valley. More
Decent boozer. 2 or 3 guest ales on rotation. Contactless payments. Darts Pool Jukebox. Football on the screens.Nice elevated beer garden to the rear with good views across to Nab End Tower and beyond.
Lived in huddersfield all my life but first time at the Fieldhead. Good pint of bitter shandy. Sunny beer garden with a great view and seriously impressed with the cleanliness of the ladies loo. Will come back but only if hubby promises not to accidentally spill a load of cold lager down my back again More
