I didn't have any issues with 2let. Very friendly people who are easy to get along with and happy to help. My deposit was returned in full (there was a slight mishap with the payment but they sorted it out very quickly once I told them). Good experience overall and sound people would recommend.

Outstanding service every single time and they are the best agents I have ever worked with. Always prompt in any reply always diligent in dealing with my tenants always timely with rent payments. Extremely pleasant to deal with and exceptionally good value.

Shockingly bad service. Property is very badly maintained and a health risk to student occupants. Absolute rip off. I would advise anyone to avoid at all cost.Don’t deserve any stars but zero stars is not an option.
