Large stockist that keeps a large range of supplies but run like a small family business. I’ve dealt with Crossling for 14 plus year and yes some things are a bit more expensive but as a whole very competitive. What is more important to me is they will go the extra mile in your time of need.
Don't know why Mike is complaining as he hasn't said what he bought but I've just bought 2 new bleed valves for some central heating radiators for £4.50 which the man apologised for seeming expensive BUT I got free fitting advice and I haven't had to call out a plumber! Seems like a bargain to me
