Delighted with this excellent service. Called on a Friday night and the engineer had attended my property replaced a faulty part and delivered hot water again all within 2 hours of the initial phone call. A super reasonable price too - five stars!
Really great experience from a gas boiler expert who knew his trade. This was aSunday boiler breakdown. He arrived with 45 minutes of the call identified the fault had the correct replacement part available and fixed it fast. So impressive.Cost seemed good to me particularly as this was an emergency call.
