Have used this branch on and off for years. After going self employed 6 months ago we have built a good relationship with the new manager which has also helped him to improve how the branch runs.will continue to use in my new venture. I think asking an 80 year old lady to help carry a radiator into the house was an absolute cheek. He said it was a two man job.( BRING TWO MEN )after ringing at least 6 times for a receipt still waiting.
