Emma is my ‘go to’ person for my netball injuries and general aches and pains and because she specialises in hyper mobility she understands what my body needs. I highly recommend working with Emma for sport related complaints and massage for general well being.

I have enjoyed Emma’s Pilates classes for a number of years. They are relaxed and enjoyable whilst physically enhancing my flexibility and core strengths. She addresses any physical/muscular issues and adapts all the Pilates movements accordingly for every individual.
