Not good prescription not filled for two weeks plus. Took four phone calls to final find out what was going on was told on two occasions it would be delivered but didn't turn up. Spoke to a very rude person last call. Didn't ask can I have your name it was what's your name I'm not a mind reader.
They really bent over backwards to fulfill my HRT prescription when my GP had messed up the NHS app information and wouldn't take renewal over the phone. They also gave me a free blood pressure test on the spot which they linked to my GP's records.
