Just popped in to Boots to ask at the counter for some eye drops. The staff were busy but is there any need to be rude to customers? One member of staff with died red hair was particularly bad! Another didn’t even know how to use the till! Terrible service. Went to Cohens chemist instead half way up the street.A much nicer experience!
