Great to park your car with plenty of space and with staffing ready to help you! Thanks a lot for the lady bus driver that helped us to find our way by stopping the bus and giving all the full instructions! What a welcoming place to come and visit!

Easy to get to using sat nav though confusing which car park it is. Information unclear about who you pay for (i.e. adults only) and where to display the ticket (not in the car). The bus driver quickly realised we were clueless and came out of his way to help us. Great customer service- thank you! Cheap and quick journey into Durham.
