Excellent customer service from Mountain Warehouse staff at Arnison centre today. I had a query about a faulted jacket bought at Dalton Park. Tracey was extremely helpful and offered me a gift card or exchanged. I had lost my original receipt but she resolved my issue and saved me a trip to Seaham. Thank you.

Great shop for cheap(ish) walking and outdoor things inclined trousers walking poles back packs and wool sock.. oh and boots.Shop always has a sale products are ok finding your Suze may be hard but great if you need something in a hurry . Online version is probably sometimes cheaper (mine was)
