Friendly caring & exceptionally thorough. I haven't had my eyes tested for 20 years & was embarrassed by that but the team were understanding & non-judgemental. They made me feel less nervous & in excellent hands.

A few weeks ago I was having trouble with my eye. The Selby boots staff supported me over the phone and were incredible. I then came in to the store to change my contact lenses scheme and book an appointment and the service was fantastic. Really accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
