John Lewis Opticians

I got 2 pairs of glasses paid over £1000 over a year ago. When I came to pick them up after a long delay a young lady handed me my glasses that wouldn’t even fit on my face. I had to ask to have them adjusted. The customer service is very poor not welcoming. Surely you can do better. Utterly disappointing.
