I cannot recommend this branch enough .I went in to see if they could fix my my broken glasses(bought from elsewhere ) they couldn’t but the lady who was on shift hunted amongst their old stock to try to help, no luck but I found some beautiful frames whilst I was waiting and as I needed a new prescription made anyway I decided to purchase them here .Customer service means everything to me and I can tell you that the service I received here leaves other providers standing
Went to pick up my glasses today and they are perfect I chatted to the owner whilst my glasses were being adjusted who was a lovely guy an all round perfect experience

I popped in to see about getting my first pair of glasses. I found it daunting seeing myself in glasses when I first tried some on.
But Tracey really helped me feel more comfortable as I tried more pairs on, even helping me with her thoughts on what did or didn’t suit me frame style wise.

I’m really happy with their service from selecting, ordering and collecting my first pair of glasses!

I first came to Onspec 3 months ago for prescription sunglasses after being quoted ridiculously high prices at larger shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and sorted me no problem, I have returned 3 month later for half price 2nd pair. I would highly recommend anyone looking for glasses to use this shop

Visited onspec after a recommendation from a relative, and they gave me simple, plain and affective advice, I ended up ordering glasses from them right away after the excellent customer service!

Best service I have had . Would not go anywhere else from now . Staff are the best there is no pressure to buy and there very helpful . Been around all the shops for my glasses and this is the best . Would say I will be use if them from now in . A big thank you to your lovely helpful staff .x thank you 🙏
