Had great customer service at the Metro Centre branch yesterday. Liam looked after me right from the start and was able to answer all my questions and reassure me about my new prescription. The whole team were excellent and provided a really personal experience. Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful and attentive Staff. I felt as if they genuinely cared about my wellbeing and needs. They certainly weren’t pushy about selling add ons. Every process was explained to me with confidence. I highly recommend M&S Opticans in the Gateshead Metro Centre especially Sophie!!
