I had a terrible experience with your service. The staff were unfriendly and had cold fake smiles. One of your team members tried to encourage me to spend more money on branded glasses and only offered a discount after I said they were too expensive. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Had my annual eye test. Process of booking and being seen was easy. Made to feel welcome by all the team and all aspects of the test were fully explained. I was in and out in 30 minutes special shout out to Mustafa who inspected my eyes and saved the good news until the end. Thanks
