There isnot cash out every timeI want to cash out my ticketthey haven'tcash and all machines bet is not working
The William hill in Newcastle near the train station is normally ok but today the male employee was disgraceful because the dog ticket was in date but he said it wasn't so he started swearing when my husband swore back he didn't like it my husband doesn't swear normally but he was horrible
The best willamhill shop I have been in by far is the stanhope street shop the staff and managers are great at there jobs and make u feel so welcomed and they are so friendly and they give me the best possible customer service possible
