I needed to contact HMRC about self assessment but couldn't get through as it is the deadline for submitting returns and lines were busy.I contacted Tax Aid and they were able to put me through to HMRC straight away via a dedicated line.All now sorted great service!
I am so grateful to the TaxAid and especially to the tax advisers Harry and Martin who were extremely helpful and patient with me event though I confused some things at the beginning. This tax issue drove me into depression and TaxAid helped me to get out of it.
