Attended CBT yesterday with Dave and Mark. Course was brilliant. Dave was the lead instructor and you can see he was born to do this job. Explained things clearly. Demonstrated every exercise. Gave constructive feedback every step of the way. I highly recommend TVMT and specifically Dave. Money well spent.
